About Sabi

My Name is Sabi I am a certified personal trainer and Nutrition Consultant. I provide personalized personal training in your home, at your office, favorite park, or you can train with me at a Private Personal Training Facility to help you reach your individual goals. Additionally, I offer nutritional guidance to my clients with tips and meal plan ideas based on your daily BMR needs. I'll work with you to achieve the goals that we set together, whether that may be weight loss, muscle building, core strength, posture imbalances, prenatal fitness or simply total body fitness and overall health. My sessions also include continuous fitness assessments and body composition measurements to track our progress. I want to show you how you can integrate this into your busy everyday life. My Training Style/Focus: resistance training, bodyweight training, core strength, building lean muscles and getting a shaped physic, weight loss, body fat reduction, beginners and advanced, prenatal and postnatal training. I love working with people on their individual journey to a healthier and happier version of themselves by creating a sustainable, healthy and active lifestyle.

I absolutely love working out with Sabi! I only have 30 minutes to workout in the morning and she really makes the most out of that time. Due to the distance we unfortunately can't have one-1-one personal training. But Sabi gave me a lot of training and nutrition tips, meal plan samples and a workout program which I can do perfectly on my own. She is very motivating, checks regularly on my training progress and helps me whenever I have questions.
