During her free time, tabatha is an avid runner and enjoys high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and would define her style of training as dynamic, challenging, and most importantly, fun!

I will strive to educate, motivate, and inspire you into looking good and feeling well while making your personal training workouts challenging, diverse, and fun! Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. I will help you to set short and long-term goals and reach them. Ultimately, I hope to show people just how much they can achieve!
