I've been training with Armand for about a year now. I was hesitant to start training because of the cost and commitment but it was one of the best decisions i've ever made. He is very knowledgable, patient, and easy going. I was able to finally lose the weight I wanted to lose. I've recommended him in the past and I still do!

Okay, I don’t consider myself particularly athletic and I was always self conscious about going to the gym and doing my own workouts. I found myself wanting to tone up and just be healthier in general, but I didn’t really know how. I started training with Armand last year and within the first month or so I was seeing results. After working with multiple personal trainers at high-end gyms, I was tired of not getting the focused attention to detail that I was seeking. I consistently felt like another client in my trainers’ workday, as if they were just trying to get through the session and make it to the next person on their schedule. Enter: Armand. The most professional, enthusiastic, friendly, patient, motivating, and kind hearted person I’ve worked with to date. Armand made a thoughtful effort of understanding my training history, my goals, and the barriers/tools in my life that would impact my training trajectory. He then customized a training plan accordingly, and during our sessions found exercises that I could feel challenged by but not uncomfortable trying. I do have a history of shoulder and neck injuries which Armand has been very careful about and his exercises have even helped me build strength in those areas that have made the injuries less bothersome over time. I loved my time working with Armand. He knows a lot about what he’s doing, he’s really easy to talk to and work with, and was great about catering my fitness program to my goals. He also always answered all the many questions I had. Over the 6 months I worked with him, I lost 20 pounds and gained muscle mass I never knew I could gain. I only moved on because we weren’t in the same city anymore, but even after that I feel very prepared to continue my workout routine on my own. Would definitely recommend!

I had never worked with a personal trainer. At age 60, I wanted to get stronger & more physically fit than I could get from my daily 5-6 mile walks. I really enjoyed my first workout with Armand. I went from not being able to do a squat to doing squats & glute bridges with weights. Armand was very patient with my lack of flexibility & my random aches & pains. He is a very charming person, as well. I began training once a week & quickly started meeting with Armand twice a week & then 3 times a week. It became something that was fun to do in the morning & made a great start to my sometimes busy day. I always feel like I have done something great for my body after each workout. I brought 2 different friends to workout with me on different occasions & both friends (who workout often already) felt challenged & thoroughly enjoyed Armand’s workout. I would highly recommend Armand to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.

What can I say about Armand… He is one of the most impressive people I know when it comes to fitness. Armand is straight forward, to the point and helps you get to your fitness goals. He gives you advice about Nutrition , supplements , and lifestyle habits. He allows you to check in with him with any follow up and questions. You do not feel intimidated at all with Armand. Armond is a great personal trainer. I started working out with Armond during the early days of the pandemic and I was impressed with how accommodating he was to make training outside possible. We continued to work out when indoor gyms reopened and Armond helped me recover from a back injury.
