About Stephanie

*Experienced with high profile clients.* With over a decade of experience in personal training and nutrition, Stephanie has worked with many actors, directors, public personalities, and executives as well as beginner runners, competitive athletes, and every day people trying to live healthier and feel better! She has worked with brands and companies such as lululemon, Reebok, Warner Music Group, Disney, Legendary Pictures, Universal Music, ITV, and more. 

Having recovered from past injuries of her own (herniated disc, IT band syndrome, broken ankle, shoulder impingement), she focuses on keeping her clients' bodies safe and functional while working towards their specific goals. Her experience in dance and competitive sports (triathlon, marathon, soccer, and short track speed skating) allows her to draw from different modalities to ensure each client's training program is specifically designed for their goals, ability, schedule, and preferences. On top of her physical training experience, Stephanie is also a passionate nutritionist, specializing in plant based nutrition, but happy to provide guidance to help optimize any style of eating!

I love working with Stephanie! It’s so nice to have someone who is knowledgeable in working out AND nutrition. She answers all of my questions and helps me stay motivated when I don’t feel like sticking to my plan, and she made sure to leave room for enjoying life instead of trying to make me work towards impossible to maintain goals. Stephanie makes fitness feel approachable and achievable. Before working with her I was overwhelmed. I didn't know what to eat or how to work out with my injuries. She knew exactly what to do and how to support me as I took ownership of my health.


Stephanie is fantastic! She listens intently to everything I say and addresses all my aches/pains, then makes adjustments. Throughout the training, Stephanie makes mindful adjustments to keep our sessions moving. Stephanie always politely ignores my grumbles when I might not want to do something or I think something is too hard. With a genuine smile and encouraging voice, Stephanie always says "no, you got it, we're going to do it anyway!" Stephanie uses science and physiology has the base for all our trainings. As every "body" is different, no work out is like another. I always leave my sessions with Stephanie feeling more confident and secure in my body and what my body is able to do. I HIGHLY recommend Stephanie to all of my friends, family and co-workers!


Stephanie got me ready for my honeymoon. It’s the first time I felt confident on a beach shirtless. It’s great that she can handle the fitness and nutrition. She made sure that I knew what to do after my honeymoon too, I switched my diet to a more sustainable style after the wedding and honeymoon photos were taken.


I started working with Steph when I had injuries caused by improper instruction from two other personal trainers and was nervous about starting w/ a 3rd but was desperate. She found weaknesses that the others hadn’t and pushed me to get stronger but also kept me safe. After fixing the injuries we’ve been able to work on maximizing strength and I feel stronger than I ever have in my life.

she is such a strong and kind fitness trainer and i am so grateful to have her as my fitness trainer. i was afraid of weights but wanted to change my body and she made it happen. she taught me how to do a deadlift and squat without hurting my back like i was doing before. she is so nice but tough. she is never mean or pushy but gets me to do things i don't think i can do. i have never felt stronger or loved my body as much or eaten as many vegetables. haha. i love stephanie.


Stephanie really knows her stuff but doesn’t act better than anyone. She taught me how to be safe in the workout classes I take because I love them and didn’t want to give them up (even though I’m tempted to go full time with Stephanie) when another trainer I met with said I had to stop doing them even though they are important to me. She adapts to what I need and is always positive even when I am having a bad day and come in grumpy I leave feeling better. She is full of knowledge and keeps on top of the latest research but is relatable and kind.

No matter what, Steph will give you exactly what you need. I’ve been training with Steph for over a year and im continually thankful for each session. She’s truly a wonderful trainer, and somehow an even better person.
