About Brandi

It's time for you! My style of training provides safe and successful results for dignified women who want to feel better in their own skin with the added benefits of foundational core strength, balance and less chronic pain. I believe in quality over quantity so I am not going to have you continue with reps etc. if your body is not moving correctly due to fatigue. My young at heart spirit will keep you motivated during your exercise programs. I have two types of female clients that I train. I provide beginners of adult age with a foundational program to help them progress at their own speed in the future and I also train women that dedicate their time to their families but have almost no time for their own health and fitness needs. Helping women to feel better in their own skin is my priority and my fitness and nutrition programs provide longevity for their current and future health choices.








My favorite client story

It is hard to narrow down to just one story because I enjoy the relationships and seeing the progress with all of my clients. I really enjoy when I can help someone avoid surgery and having a client with a prior history of bad knees, shoulder surgeries, and back surgery falls into one of these favorite client stories. For the last 5 years, I have been able to keep him gain enough strength and mobility to avoid knee surgery and shoulder surgery. This progress allows him to enjoy his personal time at the gym without pain.

My favorite exercise

I love working on balance and core strength (not just abs) because the core is the center focus and foundation for most functional movements. This could be a number of things including holding grocery bags, playing with kids, traveling for mile long walks, and enjoying the activities that keep you happy and active in life.

My training philosophy

I believe that clients should have a voice when it comes to training. I believe communication is key to a successful training session that provides the results the client wants. I like to give clients options with reminders of their goals.

My training experience

I have trained since 2007 and have found that most clients come to me when there is an injury that they are trying to recover from and/or they are new to fitness from age 20 to 70. My fitness experience started off as a "just for fun" fitness instructor and evolved into owning my own fitness and health business known as BodybyBrandiD.

I came to Brandi when I was having problems with my knees, especially my left and could only lift my arms halfway due to past shoulder surgeries, etc., and had a decline in my endurance. After training with Brandi, I could lift both arms all the way up beyond my ears and this is something I have not been able to do in 20 years. My knees also became more flexible and were now able to do things that couldn’t do or hurt to do in the past. I was amazed that I could do a lot of things I never thought I would be able to do again. As a result, I always look forward to training with Brandi even if I am hurting because if there is a problem Brandi is well versed on muscles and I always mention to Brandi many times I am always surprised at how Brandi addresses particular muscles so after the session I would feel like I was in great shape again and could take on the world. I just wish I had known Brandi before so that I would not have struggled as much as a result of not being able to use muscles and I am so grateful to feel more functional now.


I have known Brandi for over 5 years. I have trained with her over the years and like her authentic enthusiasm and personal attention to my needs. She listens and then develops a program that I can stick with for achieving my best results. Workouts are never boring as routines can be easily modified as my body changes. I have been working out almost all my life. I’m a Male so I do the typical workout that guys do. Which entails one or two muscle groups a day. After a while, this becomes completely monotonous and mundane. I reached out to Brandi over five years ago regarding any ideas she could give me to change up my workouts. She was more than helpful, supportive, and attentive to my body's needs. Brandi was awesome in coming up with creative workouts. For example, a lot of the time we would workout with resistance bands (no weights) Something I thought would not produce the results I was looking for. I was completely wrong. I went along with the resistance bands and found that the workouts were incredible. It’s amazing how much you don’t know about working out until you have trained with someone who has devoted most of their lives to health and fitness. If you’re serious about getting in shape I strongly recommend giving Brandi a call. It’s not only life-changing but brings fun and excitement back to your workouts.


During the first session as she was testing some of my abilities, I knew we were meant to be when she stated "Oh I'm gonna have some fun with you!" Lol. She has continually pushed me when I felt I couldn't go on anymore or was just lazy and she saw through my BS. ;) We have just completed the voucher and I'm more than happy to continue working w/ Brandi. I'm looking forward to all that I can learn from her so I can feel confident going a gym myself and not get hurt.

The concept of private training is overlooked by many; however I owe it to my personal trainer who has reconstructed my idea of health as a whole. I think this facility has all the equipment and space you could ever need to embark on a fitness journey that suits you best. Once you're paired with a trainer (male or female, based on your preference) that can actualize your goals (I got paired to BRANDI D, the best female trainer EVER, you can only elevate mentally and physically from there.
