About Chase

Hi there! I'm an NASM and CPR certified personal trainer, and also a spin instructor, HIIT instructor, actor, and writer!
I most love working with people who feel fitness is unattainable or who feel they've hit a wall in their own fitness journey. My approach is kind and supportive, with tough love when I know it's needed. Every one of my clients has seen drastic physical and mental improvement through their time with me, whether targeting weight loss, building strength, battling depression and anxiety, getting ready for a role, gearing up for a specific fitness goal, or preparing for a wedding.
Sessions are designed uniquely for my clients based on their needs, schedules, frequency, experience, likes and dislikes. I will push you to pride, purpose, and power! Let's get you to where you want to be!
