My favorite client story
Having CJ as a fitness coach/personal trainer was definitely a one of a kind experience. It was the first time I experienced actually looking forward to workouts. CJ has a great way of building momentum in our training. We started off steady and that was perfect because otherwise I would’ve ran away! As I built strength and muscle, he continued to push me more and more. Each workout was unique and that variety made things more interesting.
