Hi! My name is Cornelia and I am a personal trainer living in Los Angeles, originally from Stockholm, Sweden. I have always loved sports, growing up I enjoyed everything from horseback riding, sailing, skiing to swimming. In 2009 I moved to New York when I received a full ride scholarship to the women's swim team at Long Island University. At LIU, I became team captain, competed, and scored at the NCAA's. I have always had a passion for fitness, health, and wellness, so I felt it only natural that I get certified as a personal trainer after graduating college.
I love helping people find a healthier lifestyle and a healthy balance. Our sessions will be geared towards Your goals, whatever they might be. I want to make working out fun for you! My training style will fit your needs, meaning I'm happy to be the drill sergeant when needed, but also the fun coach who helps you get out of your own head!
My availability varies weekly, so please message me directly if you don't see a time slot available that you would like to schedule a session or consultation for.
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate reaching out!

Had Cornelia as a PT for a week during the holidays. And I must admit (for one that doesn’t really enjoy training) I had the best time! We were a group of people and she set the program so that everyone could do it. Which was really great since we weren’t all on the same level. highly recommend training with her!
Worked out with Cornelia for a week and wish I could have her as my personal trainer forever! For me who easily gets bored and need a lot of variation in my workouts she was great! She really managed to set together programs that was both (really) challenging but also fun. Experienced sore muscles that I didn't knew I had. I highly recommend Cornelia as a trainer!
When I quit swimming professionally a couple of years ago I lost my motivation to workout, until I met Cornelia. She gave me back my love for a great sweat and pushes me like no other! Today I am in better shape than ever thanks to Cornelia. She has great knowledge and is very creative, which make all workouts different from one another, yet striving toward the same goal. I can highly recommend Cornelia!
I worked with Cornelia a few times right after the holidays to help me get back on track. I have never had so much fun while working out! She is fun and entertaining which makes our time together a blast! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Before it has been many years that I didn't really work out. I'm very glad to have Cornelia as a personal trainer during my short-term visit to California. Cornelia is extremely friendly and fun to work with! She helps me to push to my limit and she is very careful so that I always have my postures right and free from injury. I've learned quite a lot of training techniques and build up a regular training routine during the sessions with Cornelia.
I’ve worked with Cornelia for almost a year now and she is simply amazing! I’ve tried working with different trainers and she is definitely the best. Cornelia always creates different routines to work on all groups of muscles. She is a dynamic trainer. She incorporates knowledge from various disciplines and appreciates yoga. She always finds the best routine for me and adjusts it to my strength and energy level that day. I love how Cornelia always keeps in mind my goals. She is a great motivator and also so much fun to work with! I recommend Cornelia as a personal trainer to anybody who wants to get a great result while enjoying the process.
