Health and fitness is a passion of mine and it’s something I put into practice in my everyday life. I believe in the five pillars of fitness , which are diet, supplementation, cardio training, resistance training, and professional assistance. If these five pillars are incorporated into your everyday life there is no reason your goals cannot be achieved at any age or fitness level. I don’t consider myself to be just a personal trainer or exercise specialist but rather someone who is here to understand, motivate, and develop a plan that is customized to you and your current situation. Exercise and diet have changed my life by allowing me to find strength and confidence I never knew I had. My goal is to help others achieve this and live a better quality of life through health and wellness. I currently train corporate businesses, in home private sessions, and I train clients out of Fit Gym in Glendora. I have many years experience and because of this I’ve worked with a broad range of clientele. I started at 24 hour fitness working with the general population. I then took a job training for Scripps Claremont College which was a wonderful experience training college age young women. After that I was hired to grand open a UFC gym in Huntington Beach where I had the opportunity to become UFC certified. I then decided to be closer to home and was hired by The Claremont Cub which is an elite health and wellness club where I was certified in TRX and Bulgarian bags. With the experience, knowledge, and reputation I developed I made the choice to work for myself and become a private trainer. I hope I get the opportunity to help you reach your goals and change your life through fitness.
