About Julian

Hello, my name is Julian Vanderlinden. I graduated from CSUN with a degree in exercise science with magna cum laude honors. I have the CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist) and ACSM certifications. I have lots of experience training clients. I'm very knowledgeable in all aspects of training from periodization for different sports an athlete is in to rehab/ prehab exercises for disabled patrons.

My training experience

I specialize in many aspects of fitness: rehab/ prehab, fat loss, hypertrophy, strength, power, flexibility, mobility, stability, breathing, posture, nutrition. I am an expert on proper biomechanics and muscle activation patterns for all foundational movements. To this day, none of my clients have ever sustained an injury working with me. I have only helped them bulletproof their bodies from future injuries utilizing my graduate education in physical therapy.
