About Jason

When training with me you can expect to be pushed to reach your full potential. I love seeing clients reach goals they didn't think were possible when they began. I expect 100% effort every time that you show up and we will make the most of every training session we have. I love working with anyone who wants to work hard, achieve goals and have fun in the process.

When training, goal setting is paramount to getting where we want to go. Without a destination any road can get you there. Once goals are established we design together a program to match your needs, availability and budget. Nutrition will also be addressed otherwise it will always be a battle trying to out-train your diet. It ends up being like walking uphill in mud and you won't get anywhere very quickly. I also want to make training and off day workouts as fun as possible so even though you are sweating you'll be smiling and achieving your goal at the same time.


My favorite client story

I have a 72 year old client who completed the Warrior Dash for the second year in a row. Prior to training with me he had not worked out in over 40 years and had trouble sitting in a chair without plopping in a chair or holding onto something. To complete two 5k obstacle course races was just a dream for him before he started training.

My favorite exercise

Pullups because them demonstrate overall upper body strength and endurance. It also shows your body's ability to control itself.

My training experience

I have been training for 8+ years now. I have worked with everyone from high school athletes to clients over 70 years old that hadn't worked out in over 40 years. I enjoy training with every age and experience level and work with clients to achieve goals that once felt impossible. Certifications: B.S. Exercise Science.
