When training, goal setting is paramount to getting where we want to go. Without a destination any road can get you there. Once goals are established we design together a program to match your needs, availability and budget. Nutrition will also be addressed otherwise it will always be a battle trying to out-train your diet. It ends up being like walking uphill in mud and you won't get anywhere very quickly. I also want to make training and off day workouts as fun as possible so even though you are sweating you'll be smiling and achieving your goal at the same time.
