I've been training with Tonia for several years and I find our sessions very rewarding. She consistently presents challenges that enables me to strive and meet my fitness goals one day at a time.
I work out with Tonia every Monday morning at 6:30 a.m. I find it fun to work with a fitness expert and to learn to challenge my muscles in new ways. The workouts are varied and stimulating, and I never get bored with the routine. I’m always learning some new exercise or new way to work different muscle groups. It’s a great way to begin my day and my whole week!
Tonia is a wonderful trainer and motivator. Under her guidance, I've learned now to target specific muscles that need extra toning and definition. I'm more fit, more flexible and much stronger in my upper body. She's also taught me about choosing the right foods to help me get my weight to where I want it to be.
