I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a hungry desire to help individuals achieve happiness through accomplishing their fitness goals. Being a former competitive gymnast of 12 years, my passion for health and wellness goes well beyond the physical, but mental as well. I am a firm believer that where our mind goes, our body flows. I am dedicated to giving my clients the attention each one of them needs to feel comfortable and at-home from the moment they step in the door, and onward.
Through working at a corporate fitness facility such as Equinox, as well as freelance online coaching, my organization skills and work ethic are hard to match. Having knowledge and expertise in PAR-Q assessments, FMS, flexibility, mobility, and fat loss, my fundamental approach to training is based on movement and mindset.

I am known for being “warm, but fiesty”, and I take great pride in that! I push my clients far past what they cannot do alone. Helping a former client lose 13 pounds of body fat in a two month time frame, helping another client lose 5% body fat in a three month time frame, and helping an additional client learn how to not hit SNOOZE when that 4AM alarm goes off. I am always eager to help others find self-discipline in a sustainable way that best fits their current lifestyle!
