Grew up in Norwalk and now living in Fairfield, I got into training since middle school due to sports and own well-being. I’m learning new things everyday and am only looking for my clients to improve as far as possible. I’m a big fan of variety and promoting healthier habits for everyone.
My favorite client story
After a few sessions and given homework, John, who I lucked out with living down the street, never used to do exercise on his own since his younger days. When reintroducing him back to jumping jacks and step ups with other simple exercise, he gets thrilled every time i come by to remind me "Hey, you'd be proud...I got my jumping jacks done this morning" and his wife would go with a laugh, "no he didn't" and he'd shoot back, "don't be jealous just because he's my trainer." Always a great laugh with john. It means we've created a positive and safe environment for his fitness.
My favorite exercise
single balance any exercise (overhead press/bicep curl/front raise) because balance is something everyone lacks and challenges a lot of muscles very quickly.
My training experience
started as a trainer at a YMCA training athletes to the elder population and people just looking for simple exercise, mixing in Orangetheory coaching a few months after. Soon I developed private clients through word of mouth and social media.
