My favorite client story

My favorite client's story was when my client wanted to completely transform her body and eating habits so that she could surprise her husband who was returning from the military that she hadn't seen in what to her already had felt like an eternity. She was constantly thinking about the moment when they would reunite again!

My favorite exercise

I don't have a favorite particular exercise but I do however enjoy working the chest muscle group.

My training experience

I have experience with clients that range anywhere between ages 18-75. I have experience with In-Home Personal Training and Group Training which allow me and my business to conveniently and routinely come to clients.

Prior to stepping foot into Mr. Coffelt’s office, I had little to no idea where to begin on my fitness journey. I had always looked at magizines with super lean chicks and dudes, thinking to myself that it was impossible to achieve that kind of a body. Not long after my I initial consultation with Andy did I start seeing results. He broke down a wealth of knowledge on nutrition and training methods into a comprehensive and effective weight loss program of which I still implement on a daily basis. I had abs within 5 weeks! By week 10, I looked like a completely different person. My friends and even family members had a hard time recognizing me, I guess they were too focused on the chiseled physique I attained through the help of this wizard of weight training.
