Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant Bethany Reul of B Powerful Personal Training & Meal Planning Services has over 13 years of client weight loss success. Bethany's passion for helping people frustrated with their weight came out of her own experience of "yo-yo dieting" and "crash" diets that left her feeling lost and discouraged. That is when she shifted her focus to personal training to become better educated in shaping the healthy body she wanted to achieve. Bethany also sought out natural remedies and lifestyle changes to better cope with her "emotional eating." After many years of research, education, and working with hundreds of clients (including herself) Bethany has found that each person has a "primary" body type (somatotype) which affects how they metabolize food - crucial for weight loss success. Bethany has perfected a training method that applies easy and healthy meal planning and progressive exercise specific to the client's body type and fitness goals in order to maximize results.

Over four years ago Bethany introduced me to a cleaner diet along with gym participation. Starting at roughly 190 lbs and body fat of about 25 percent, my outside look has rolled back to college time. My weight has maintained the 152.5 range with body fat about 17 percent. By following the program of proper foods and regular gym participation the results speak for themselves. Who ever is fortunate enough to work with Bethany you should follow her advice. The structure that is built for you works. Results are visible within 30 days. Then by seeing the success personal commitment builds and your individual goals can be obtained. My biggest disappointment is only having Bethany for about twenty months to train with. If her home had stayed in Louisville I would be working with her, and still be learning from her knowledge.
