As a Health Coach and Fitness Trainer I help my clients focus on weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, stress management, digestion issues and pain. My mission is to help people become aware that what they are eating directly affects their health. Through education we all the ability to achieve vitality, longevity and overall wellness. I also address the emotional and phychological aspects of our relationship with food. Another component of longevity is functional movement. By learning how to move properly you can prevent serious injury and debilitation. I serve my clients by filing the gap between Healthcare Professionals and preventative health care.
