I was a football player and student athlete growing up and have learned the importance of the role that health and fitness plays in ones life. I've been a personal trainer for over 4 years now and have managed multiple gyms and trained over 300 clients in person and online nationwide. I thrive on what I do and enjoy showing others the fun side of fitness! I've worked with high school and college athletes, mom's and dad's, and even seniors! The fitness industry is rapidly growing and I'm determined to redefine healthy and help people achieve their goals in an optimal time frame and safely manner.
