I grew up playing team sports and the most notable for me would be hockey. The strongest aspect that I brought to my team was my overall athleticism. For years I have used fitness as a tool to make myself more efficient on the ice. Nowadays I try and exercise to increase my functionality and overall well being. Being involved in fitness for many years has induced my fitness passion and knowledge. As a result I realized the power I have to motivate and show others the potential that exercise has on health and longevity.
