I am a progressive, enthusiastic, and educational trainer with over 15 years of experience in the Personal Training field of study and application. I teach and explain the importance of movement in the correct way and progressive overload over time. I train in various ways and I like to keep changing movements and routines to keep things fun and interesting. I like incorporating the latest techniques with old-school bodybuilding techniques. My style is not traditional, so it is far from boring especially to those who have been coming to me that have been training for years. My specialties are training for aesthetics as well as performance. I have helped many people to improve and transform their bodies even those with shoulder, back, knee injuries, as well as hip replacements. I am also a competitive athlete and have experience with getting ready for the stage or fine tuning your body for that special occasion. I have been told my workouts are fun and challenging, and my clients always leave with a feeling of accomplishment and excited for their next training session with me since they never know what to expect or how I am going to challenge them next! I have had the pleasure of training marathoners looking to improve their time and overall physique, baseball players looking to stay injury free on the field and get back into shape, and people looking to pass/exceed their military physical training tests. I trained with competitive team, Team Bombshell, from 2011-2012 and had the opportunity to learn from and meet some of the best in the competitive industry. I also offer online coaching as an option and nutritional guidance to get you where you want to be faster.
