Being in the Business for Years, Being an Accredited/Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and Growing up with the Knowledge and training from Family, I have a LOVE and a PASSION for Fitness Like no one else. My workouts consist of FUN, BEGINNER-ADVANCED Training that will NEVER get BORING! Kickboxing, BattleRopes, Agility, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga/Stretching, Pilates-Style, Swimming, Etc. Dedication and Fun = Fast Results! Although I'm a trainer, I was once were very overweight, and unhealthy, struggling with the Fad Diets, Working out NON stop, No Motivation, and Giving up! Diet consisted of either not eating most of the day, eating too many carbs, processed foods, too much sugar, and the list goes on and on! These are the things that will hold you back from progressing in your Fitness Goals. So in a nutshell, I have been there and have learned a lot though the progress about healthy eating, trial and error, and what REALLY works, and what DOESN'T!
