I started to pursue fitness as a lifestyle and a career a little under 2 years ago. With prior training in Martial arts, and Weightlifting, it was very easy to stick to programs, and soon enough, I found others asking me for my advice.
It was then that I decided to start to work on Programs of my own, using techniques that I've developed and age old, proven techniques to create a method that can be customized and modified to almost anyone's needs. Within a short time of implementing this system to my then clients, I saw results immediately, and we were impressed.
But it didn't end there. From there, I worked to continue to improvise and develop my methods, which I am still in the process of. I believe that perfection is a continuous journey, we continue to see what we can get better at and improve, because there always is something.
I carry this belief for my clients too, and I am committed to doing my very best to help you reach your goals through encouragement, proper facilitation and an exercise program that will never get you bored.
As my workout program, I am happy to work with anyone, for no matter what, I will do my best to see that I can facilitate you as good as possible.
