Hey there! My name is Caylin! I have been working in the fitness industry and training a little over 3 years. I specialize in women’s weight loss as well as strength training/powerlifting. whether your goal is to lose body fat or gain strength I believe I can help you. I became a trainer because I knew that I had to help others feel how exercise made me feel not just physically, but mentally as well! I provide a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment for all of my clients. I want this journey to be fun and exciting for you!
