About Daisha

Hey this is Coach Daisha, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, PTR Certified Tennis Instructor and Heart Rate Conditioning Coach. I grew up an athlete, so health, fitness and nutrition have always been a big part of who I am. I became a trainer, simply put, to help people reach their goals and work on my own terms. I am able to address the needs and desires of my clients based on systematic and progressive programming that keeps my clients safe while creating results. I'm a huge advocate for women and children. These two groups are where my focus lies. 

Clients should expect the following:

*To engage in training backed by proven science-based research and data

* 30-45 minute sessions with a singular focus on the workout

* A warm-up & post workout routine(video) that the client can follow along and complete before and after the workout on their own, in order to maximize our time

* To be coached on proper movement and technique and motivated throughout our sessions

*To be assessed periodically to ensure clients are progressing through the workout phases safely and efficiently

Recommendations are given to maintain a positive attitude and motivation, so that the results my clients desire occur and their health and wellness become a lifestyle with or without me. Session types include but aren't limited to HIIT, flexibility, balance and strength training.
