About Graylin

My mission is to empower you to create the body you always desired. I want to bring a new passion for training and nutrition into your life and make that a lifestyle. My training style is a functional training style that is very creative and keeps you motivated with every workout (yes that's right the fun stuff). I'm not only a trainer, I'm also a teacher. My goals for you are very realistic and attainable as we work as a team. Being a former professional football player and my partner is a top expert nutritionist, I know what it takes to succeed. My training philosophy is to build the body from the ground up. Building your foundation with creative and fun exercises that will change your body.


My favorite client story

One of my clients who has been with me over a year and a half now started off weighing 191 lbs. She never really worked out before at all in her life with no athletic background. She couldn't even do one push-up when we first started. Through my guidance and support she is now weighing in at 135 lbs. She now can do over 30 push-ups in one set, also leg press and squat more than some guys(that's right people, she is lean and strong now). Here's to say for someone who never stepped foot into a gym is now doing more than she could ever imagine. I'm proud of her success through my guidance and support. By the way she is 47 years of age, looking like she is in her 30s. Amazing things can happen when you work hard and commit yourself to whatever you're trying to achieve.

My training experience

Former professional football player with tons of experience in sports performance training. Also skilled in other areas of training such as boot camp, group fitness, CrossFit training, functional, etc. Veronica is a Certified Wellness/Sport Nutrition Coach. She has been in her field over 7 years. She has worked with many clients from Models to stay at home moms. Other talents involve knowledge of supplements and alternative medicine.
