I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition and Behavior Change Specialist. I have been mentored by professional/amateur athletes who have provided me with knowledge to help guide me in my fitness career. My goal is to make fitness and healthy eating a life long habit and not a temporary fad. I am not into trends and quick fixes. Lean muscle is your best friend and so is the 80/20 rule. You can not out train a bad diet. If you want the results, you will have to put in the work mentally, physically, and emotionally. I speak from personal experience as I have struggled twice with an eating disorder and was a chronic dieter.
I have a very wide training background when it come to my clients. I train people virtually, in person, and in small groups. I train high school students to men and women in their late seventies. I can help with weight loss, muscle definition, injuries, corrective strategies, etc. One of my proudest accomplishment is teaching a group of ladies I have now, (one is 70 and the other 63), how to box on the heavy bag.
Besides personal training I currently teach Group Fitness classes. I provide private classes upon requests for groups of six or more.
