Before becoming a personal trainer and moving to Jacksonville I was a dance/singer in NYC. After many years of learning how to best care for my body I returned to school to learn how to best help others to do the same for themselves. In the past eight years I have been able to help many types of people to achieve the best version of them and to maintain their new life. If you are looking to live a better version of yourself I would be happy to be the trainer to help.

My training philosophy
Always have fun while doing the hard work. I do believe that whenever people are faced with task of being better they experience resistance. Change is hard but if I can provide them with safe and effective movement and create a fun environment then it’s a win for all.
My training experience
In the last twenty years, I have personally trained under some serious choreographers and trainers. Using my own experience and the knowledge from college has shaped my method of training. I have worked in big gyms and small studios. These experiences have shaped my ability to adapt to individual needs of clients.
