This was huge as I started to gain muscle but saw a plateau on the scales. Amanda is the BEST personal trainer I have EVER trained with. We met before our training started and she assessed my goals, likes/dislikes concerning exercise, eating habits, and more. She developed a plan specific for me and we got to work! My results were almost immediate...it’s amazing the difference a focused and goal oriented trainer can make! In the short time she was able to train me (6 weeks due to her having to relocate) I lost inches and gained definition. Had she not have moved out of my area, I would have her in my permanent corner.
