My favorite exercise

I love incorporating compound exercises in my sessions. They allow you to train multiple muscle groups simultaneously. This gives you the most bang for your buck in terms of strength and cardiovascular training as well as burning calories! Ex: Squat with a bicep curl to an overhead press. Ex: One legged deadlift with a row or fly. Ex: Lunge and abdominal twist with a weighted ball. The options are endless and keep workouts fun!

My training experience

In January of 2008 Team Fitness Training was formed with a friend and classmate from The National Personal Training Institute in Santa Monica. We offered one-on-one training, semi-private training and held small group boot camps. In 2010 my business partner moved out of state and I continued personal and semi-private training though no boot camps. Today I am thankful to be doing what I love, helping others, as Amanda Borja Fitness. *I am now an IFPA certified pre and post-natal instructor*
