About Amanda

I started working in fitness after years of believing that hours of cardio was the answer to health. After I discovered strength training and saw a huge change in my body, I quickly fell in love with movement, power and agility. I work with clients on an individual basis to develop programs unique to their own body. Fitness is not a one-size-fits-all belief and movement should be done in a way that feels good and enhances your life! I believe health is all encompassing and is mind, body, and spirit. Perfecting one while neglecting another, will in the end still lead to an unhealthy life. I believe in body positivity, balance, pushing your limits, and acknowledging your progress every step of the way.
