About Mark

Hi! My expertise is based on academic education combined with 16 years’ experience as an athlete and coach. I genuinely love my job, that is why I always give my best to my clients. I am fueled by sincere enthusiasm for this profession.

I provide exercise and nutrition guidance that allow my clients being healthy for life, preventing injuries.
