Amanda is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is also certified through the Yoga Alliance as a 200-HR Power Vinyasa Yoga instructor, with additional certifications in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Psychology. 


Her approach is one that integrates physical and mental fitness, training both the mind and body.
