We have been training together for about 9 months and she has helped me lose weight. I feel more comfortable with my balance and stability and would recommend her to anyone but especially older adults! She is sweet, kind, and patient but will challenge you in the ways you need to be!
I have been training with AJ whenever I am in LA for the past 2 years. I wanted to be toned and also work on adding muscle to my legs and butt, after a few months I have really noticed a difference in how my clothes fit which added self confidence to myself!! She is extremely positive all the time and easy to communicate with in and out of the gym!! Would definitely recommend!
