About Anna

I am passionate about health and fitness. My approach to fitness is to decide what you want, make a goal, set a plan, and find a support system. Above everything else, providing that support to others is the pillar of what I do and what I love best about being a PT. In my personal time I love lifting weights and practicing pilates. I also like to challenge myself by participating in 5Ks and race training.

I get on a personal level with my clients in order to know the details that will make or break their fitness journey. Knowing my client's work schedule, childcare arrangements, and personal routine is imperative to implementing a doable fitness plan. Sometimes, we may have to get a little open minded about habit changes (Helloooo 5 AM workouts!) Together we will make a plan to get you where you need to be!
