Fitness Center Owner / Director / Master Trainer for 17 years. Skilled in areas of: Strength Training, Boot Camp Style Fitness, One - on - One Training, Doubles, and Small Group Training, Indoor Cycling, Athletic Training & Development, HIIT Training, Youth Fitness, Program Design, Fitness Education. I do not waste time on things/exercise that is ineffective to my client. I value both their time and money, and make sure they "get what they pay for". My experience and knowledge allow for the very best in personal training. I educated in the 3 soma types of the body, and have a clear understanding of exactly how each client should be trained based on body type. This assures the best possible result. I am not just a physical trainer but also an educator. Results come from a combination of physical work, nutritional work, mental work and emotional work. I educate my clients in each of these areas, primarily in how they synergistically work together of optimum results.
