Hi, congratulations on taking the first step toward your health and fitness goals. I absolutely love personal training and am committed to helping others change their lives. I promise to make your journey challenging, fun and rewarding. My workouts are tailored to your needs and goals addressing strengths, weaknesses and postural issues. I also like to do hands on stretching if the client is comfortable.
My training philosophy is to hold each and every client accountable for their goals. I will do this by making sure all workouts are completed on a weekly basis. If sessions are missed client will need to make up session the following week. I like to have clients log food so they can learn how to count calories and eat better. I will also teach clients how to set small, attainable goals that should be rewarded when met.
