Just because you are new to working out or have an injury doesn't mean you should be stuck using some boring machine! At Redefining Strength, we use Battling Ropes, Barrels, Sledge Hammers, Monkey Bars, Pulleys, Sleds and many other tools to get you results. Plus with our great community, you will always feel loved and supported in your journey toward your goals. Training can and should be fun!
