I work with people of all ages and skill levels. I will tailor your workout to fit your specific needs, but I will challenge you to push yourself!

I believe that working out should be fun. And that while having fun, you can reach your health and fitness goals whatever they may be. Just because you are new to working out or have an injury doesn't mean you should be stuck using some boring machine! At Redefining Strength, we use Battling Ropes, Barrels, Sledge Hammers, Monkey Bars, Pulleys, Sleds and many other tools to get you results. Plus with our great community, you will always feel loved and supported in your journey toward your goals. Training can and should be fun!


My favorite client story

Honestly can't pick one. It is a joy to see each client grow and recognize their own individual strength. I love seeing that light of, "Yes...I CAN" shine in their eyes when things just start to click.

My favorite exercise

I love kettlebells and sleds and all of the fancy fun equipment, but honestly, if I could only do three moves for the rest of my life, they would be: The Deadlift, the pull up and the push up. Three functional full body moves that just make you feel so good!

My training experience

I was a Division I tennis player before working as a personal trainer and manager in Boston at BodyScapes Fitness. I currently own Redefining Strength and train there in the evenings.
