About Erika

I am former amateur boxer and have been into yoga & fitness for over 20 years. I have been professionally training clients since 2006. I have helped at least 90% of my clients hit there goals. I love exercising and teaching people how to be and stay healthy without it having to be a chore. I show people the fun side to the life of health and fitness and I strongly believe there is a program suited for everyone. I like to implement boxing strikes, yoga, weights & core strengthening in a lot of my workouts. I like to make each session fun and new! I have always loved working with people and I have always loved health fitness! its kind of like an obsession in a sense.... a few years ago I became very ill and hospitalized for 2 weeks in the ICU the doctors could never figure out was wrong with me. I have had unnecessary surgeries, so many different antibiotics, meds, test, treatments, etc... nothing helped! if anything only. made me worst! so I took matters into my own. hands. I researched; I changed my diet, I tried new suppliments. I changed everything about my day to day and now I feel great! Let me share you with you all that I have learned! let me show help you improve your quality of life! its what I love to do!!!

My training philosophy

If you’re not healthy, it’s tough to be happy before you can take care of your friends and your family. You need to take care of yourself, eat well, exercise nurture, your mind, body and spirit. Your body is a temple treated like one if you don’t have your health you’ve got nothing.
