I specialize in training women of all walks of life and from all age ranges, including women who are pre and post natal, as well as both local and remote clients. Many of my clients are interested in weight loss and/muscle gain, with the end goal being to maintain a healthy physique.
We begin with an-person consultation where we get to know one another, run through a few assessments to see what's going on and what your starting point is, and schedule our 60 minute personal training sessions at least once per week. Our workouts will incorporate free weights, body weight, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells and more - with each session crafted to bring you manageable intensity that will drive you towards your ultimate goals.
