I train all my clients in low impact training sessions customized to each persons physical abilities and goals. As clients fitness levels improve and goals are reached, we set new goals for further improvement or we set goals to maintain the current fitness level. I am especially good at guiding my clients to train safely with correct form, and to increase each clients level of flexibility and balance. I incorporate a variety of stretching techniques in every workout that utilize yoga and core training methodologies. My clients consistently comment on the variety I bring to our workout sessions, the motivation I instill, the challenges I offer, and the positive results that they can feel and see.
I customize workouts to a clients ability, focusing on correct movements to increase mobility and flexibility. My customized workouts are geared towards helping clients set realistic goals that are safely achievable and based on their ability. As clients abilities... mobility, flexibility, and strengths... increase and improve, I re-set workouts accordingly.
