Jade uses circuit training in a body building style with bodyweight high intensity interval training, She also uses a combination of TRX, balance, strength, endurance, flexibility training, stretching with elements of yoga.
Jade is certified with the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) and American Aerobic Association International (AAAI/ISMA). She has completed over 1,000 training sessions with over 100 clients and celebrities alike!
