James specializes in the use of Kettlebells and TRX (Suspension Gear) in many of his fitness programs. He incorporates nonconventional methods of training that produce functional strength and movement as well as lean attractive bodies. He uses the best of Cross Fit with superior knowledge and experience to get results.
James has over 20 years experience in fitness training. His experience includes positions as Personal Trainer at Racket Ball and Fitness in San Antonio, Texas as well as Bally's Total Fitness and LA Fitness in Orange County, California.
