I specialize in using innovative exercise techniques to help you build muscle which reducing musclar tension and enhancing mobility. Releasing excessive tension in your neck and back will allow us to build you a strong foundation for resistance training, cardio and any sports or other activities you might take part in. As we enhance your range of motion and adjust movement patterns you will find that areas that used to ache, don't ache anymore. As we improve posture and reclaim dormant muscle we will gradually increase exercise intensity to help you become lean and strong.

I am an ACE certified personal trainer, health coach, fitness nutrition specialist, pain-free movement specialist, and functional training specialist. I am also a certified corrective exercise specialist with the Biomechanics Method. I have strong backgrounds in Pilates, martial arts, and yoga. I have a Ph.D. and M.A. from USC.
