I help people think and be healthy! I assess each client to determine how best to improve their overall health and fitness. I look at all of their current habits in every area of their life to aid them in reaching their fitness goals. I train clients at their homes and I specialize in reshaping your body while building strength. Most of my clientele are business professionals looking to be fit, strong, and in optimal health.
I am also a Functional Training Specialist and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and have plenty of experience working with clients requiring training programs to work around any ailments or injuries. As a former Anatomy and Physiology teacher, I have always been fascinated with the human body and would love to share my knowledge with you!
Seeing the excitement of clients when they witness their progress and/or goals gives me great satisfaction. I enjoy guiding clients to help them change their outlook on health and fitness to maintain a lifelong journey of health.
I also offer self-defense and jiu jitsu lessons for both one-on-one and group settings. My martial arts background is a black belt in jiu jitsu and I have been training and competing for the past 13 yrs. I have also been an instructor for 7 years. This martial art uses skills ideal for a smaller opponent against someone larger which is very beneficial for women.

My training philosophy
My philosophy of health and fitness is achieving a healthy, balanced lifestyle and being happy with how your body feels and looks. When the main focus is becoming stronger and healthier, then your body will naturally feel better. Once you feel better, the end result is being happy with how you look. The process takes both physical and mental preparation for your journey. I believe steady progress with gradual changes is the winning combination to achieve your goals. The all too common swings between extremes of deprivation and overindulgence with nutrition and/or over training and under training are not the ideal or permanent ways to achieve happiness of your health.
My training experience
I've worked with all ages and levels of clients ranging from 12-80 years old and from competitive athletes to clients who never exercised before training with me. The majority of my clients are business professionals who are looking to improve their health and fitness. I have 15 years of training experience and create individualized plans to help clients achieve their goals.
