I have been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Group X Instructor for the past two and a half years. I have helped dozens of people to build strength, lose weight and achieve their fitness goals. Through our training together, you will learn how to properly engage the right muscles while increasing your stamina, strength, and flexibility.
