My favorite exercise

The SQUAT. Most people hate the squat. They say it hurst their knees or my back and so forth. Yes, some people have bad knees or backs but the major of people don't know how to squat. They did when they were an infant but we learn bad habits and get lazy. When you don't squat correctly you are in jeopardy of hurting your back. It also uses major muscle groups, and while squatting you burn mega calories.
