I've been a personal trainer since 2004. Over time my approach to health and fitness has evolved into a total wellness mindset- holistic health. With care, I will create and guide you through a personal workout program to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. With curiosity, I will guide you to better health through nutrition. I understand that everyone responds to exercise and food differently. I do not use a one size fits all approach to exercise and nutrition. I will empower you to choose healthier daily habits. I will be there as a support system while educating you that you are in control of your daily behaviors, and choices that influence and create your health. I will encourage you to always be searching for ways to feel better, because feeling great is so worth it!
