About Kevin

My name is Kevin Barry and I've been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 8 years holding many certifications in the field and I have my degree from the University of Louisville in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in exercise science. I played collegiate athletics (volleyball) and have experience with training a variety of different clientele. From middle aged pregnant women, to young male athletes, to injured clients and everyone in between. You will not find any tricks, gimmicks, or new "fitness trends" with me. I stick to what I know works best and I'm always learning new ideas and implenting them in my training. 

My goal is to make you love each session we do. I know training can be a very intimidating thing for most people and I try my best to make it as light and fun as possible so you don't stress out about exercising. The promise I can make to you is if you give me 100% of your effort I promise I can get you to where you want to be physically and mentally and you will enjoy doing it the whole way through!
