About Malachi

Who am I
I am coach, fitness trainer , father and friend to many. I have been training since I was a teenager( over 20 years) to increase my sports performance. Throughout the years I've competed at some of the highest levels of my sport(basketball). I played Division 1 College and Professionally in Germany. Having these experiences helped me to become a more focused and motivated individual. Once my career ended in sports I decide to come back to America and continue my career in coaching, teaching and training others in the field of sports and fitness.

What can clients expect at each session
My clients can expect a dedicated fitness professional to show up with enthusiasm and excitement to work, train, and give them a great opportunity towards achieving the results they desire.

The Workouts
Each session consist of a custom workout routine and nutritional guidance that will enable them to progress through my program. Each program I offer consist of a 3-12 mo. training period. The length, time and amount of sessions required are based off the Fitness Assessment of each individual client.
