If you are tired of the same workout, not getting the results you want, need motivation or just learn a couple new exercises, I can help you with it all. I started my training as a Junior Olympic Men's Gymnastics coach which lead me into Group Fitness and Personal Training. I have experience in many Group lead classes, especially Bootcamp style (trainer at Barry's Bootcamp) and a Spin Instructor. My favorite thing about one on one training is seeing people reach their goals. Weather it is to lose weight, gain muscle or just be healthier, I want to see us be successful in your goals.
